      Weekly Preparation Strategy

Our plan focuses on three key moments:

      • Sunday: Snack and cauliflower preparation
      • Monday: Strategic cooking of large quantities of chicken
      • Wednesday: Preparing a double portion of salmon

      Sunday Optimization

      Sunday's preparation allows you to:

      • Prepare all snacks for the week
      • Cut cauliflower for several recipes
      • Organize portions to facilitate lunches

      The Protein Strategy:

Cooking large quantities of protein is strategic because it:

      • Saves cooking time
      • Reduces dishwashing
      • Allows for ready-made lunches for the next day
