
Fruity cookies
These delicious cookies will certainly please young and old alike thanks to their happy combination of fresh berries and white chocolate chips!

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup butter, at room temperature
- ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- ½ cup white chocolate chips

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a bowl, using an electric mixer, mix the butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs and mix again.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
- Then add the berries and chocolate chips. Mix well.
- On two baking sheets, divide the mixture into 24 cookies, each weighing about 2 tablespoons. Lightly crush with a fork.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cookies are set in the center.
- Keep for 5 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer, in an airtight container.
