
Smoked salmon and pistachio bites
A classic but always happy combination of smoked salmon and cream cheese garnished with salted pistachios that will make these bites the hit of your holiday buffet!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 300g chopped smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped salted pistachios
- Pepper from the mill

Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except pistachios.
- Form balls of about 1 tbsp.
- Roll the balls in the crushed pistachios.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Add 1 tbsp lemon zest to the cheese and salmon mixture.
