Smoked salmon and pistachio bites

A classic but always happy combination of smoked salmon and cream cheese garnished with salted pistachios that will make these bites the hit of your holiday buffet!

Freezes for three months (without pistachios)

  • Ingredients

    • 1 cup cream cheese
    • 300g chopped smoked salmon
    • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    • 1 cup finely chopped salted pistachios
    • Pepper from the mill
  • Preparation

    1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except pistachios.
    2. Form balls of about 1 tbsp.
    3. Roll the balls in the crushed pistachios.
    4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
