    • Ingredients

      • 2 cups all-purpose flour
      • 2 eggs
      • 2½ cups milk

      • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
      • 16 mini sausages
      • 2 cups baked beans
      • 1 cup maple syrup
      • Butter for cooking
    • Preparation

      1. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
      2. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
      3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients.
      4. Stir in the oil or melted butter and mix well.
      5. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
      6. Heat the pan over medium heat and cook the mini pancakes.
      7. Grill the sausages until golden brown.
      8. Reheat the baked beans.
      9. Place the pancakes in the main section of the container.
      10. Add the sausages to a separate compartment.
      11. Pour the baked beans into a thermos to keep them warm.
      12. Pack the maple syrup separately.
