  • Ingredients

    • ¾ cup vanilla oat beverage
    • ½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal
    • 1 tbsp whole chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • ¼ tsp cinnamon
    • ¼ cup applesauce
    • 2 tbsp flaked almonds (plain or toasted)
  • Preparation

    1. Place all ingredients in a jar except fruit and nuts and mix well.
