
Touski mousse
Do you have several leftover cooked meats in the fridge and you don't know what to do with them? Mix them with cream cheese and cream and you have a delicious mousse to spread generously on your favorite crackers!

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) coarsely chopped leftover cooked meat (chicken, pork, beef, etc.)
- 1 small French shallot, finely chopped
- ½ cup (125 ml) cream cheese
- ¼ cup (60 ml) 15% cooking cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If necessary, add a little cream if the texture is too thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
