Touski mousse
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) coarsely chopped leftover cooked meat (chicken, pork, beef, etc.)
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- ½ cup (125 mL) cream cheese
- ¼ cup (60 ml) 15% cooking cream
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. If necessary, add a little cream if the texture is too thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
For adventurers:
Add 3 tbsp. (45 ml) of your favorite pesto.
