
Philly cheese style sloppy joe
Can't decide between a Philly cheese steak or a sloppy joe? Why not combine the two? This delicious blend of fondue beef, mushrooms and cream cheese in a hamburger bun is sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- ½ yellow onion, chopped
- ½ cup (125 ml) chopped button mushrooms
- 450 g (1 lb) fondue beef
- 1 tsp (5 ml) steak spice
- ¼ cup (60 ml) cream cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 4 burger buns

Preparation
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook onion, mushrooms and beef for 5 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Cook for another minute.
- Fill burger buns with this mixture. Serve hot or cold.
