Crispy chicken

This recipe transforms chicken strips into a crispy and tasty dish by coating them in a mixture of Greek yogurt and garlic, then crumbled cornflakes and smoked paprika. Freeze for three months.

  • Ingredients

    • 450g chicken breast, cut into strips
    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • Salt and pepper from the mill
    • 1½ cups crumbled cornflakes cereal
    • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
    • ¼ cup runny honey
  • Preparation

    1. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper.
    2. Add the chicken strips and coat well.
    3. In a large plate, place the crumbled cereal, paprika, salt and pepper; mix well.
    4. Coat each chicken strip with cereal breadcrumbs.
    5. Preheat the air fryer to 350F.
    6. Place half of the strips in the oiled bottom of the air fryer, without overlapping them.
    7. Add the accessory grid, oil and place the other half of the chicken strips on it.
    8. Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
      Serve with honey.
      Please note that the time may vary depending on your type of air fryer. Reduce or extend the cooking time depending on the desired results.
