Ingredients
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 cup broccoli, cut into small florets
¾ cup very thinly sliced mushrooms
¼ cup chopped green onions
8 cups beef broth
½ cup rice noodles
1½ cups northern shrimp
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried basil -
Preparation
In a large saucepan, heat the sesame oil and cook the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until all ingredients are tender.
