Recipe canvas - Meatballs in sauce

Réaliser votre propre recette à l'aide de ce canevas en utilisant :

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons fat for cooking
  • ½ cup vegetables from the onion family, finely chopped (yellow, red, green onions, etc.)
  • ½ cup of vegetables of your choice, grated or very finely chopped
  • 1½ lb ground meat (beef, veal, chicken, pork…)
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs of your choice (bread, panko, soda crackers, crisps, etc.)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. tablespoon spices of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 liter of ready-to-serve sauce (tomato, Alfredo, brown, rosé, spaghetti, etc.)

Préparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients except the fat. Form meatballs approximately 2 tbsp. soup. To book.
  • In a deep ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat, heat the fat and brown the meatballs for 3 minutes, turning them regularly. Add the sauce and mix well. Bake for 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
