Recipe canvas - Granola bars

Réaliser votre propre recette à l'aide de ce canevas en utilisant :

  • 1½ cups flour (your variety of choice)
  • 6 cups rolled oats or other flakes
  • ½ cup of seeds (flax, chia, hemp, sunflower…)
  • 1 C. baking powder
  • 1 C. baking soda
  • 1 cup nut butter, legumes, peanuts…
  • 1 cup sweetener
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ cups fruit puree or yogurt
  • 1½ cups of dried fruit

Préparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, flakes, seeds, baking powder and baking soda. To book.
  • In another bowl, combine all the other ingredients.
  • Feel free to mix by hand if it's too difficult with a spoon.
  • Press mixture into two square pans lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the mixture is golden brown.
  • Leave to cool, unmold and cut into bars.
