Se Congèle
Réaliser votre propre recette à l'aide de ce canevas en utilisant :
- 1½ cups flour (your variety of choice)
- 6 cups rolled oats or other flakes
- ½ cup of seeds (flax, chia, hemp, sunflower…)
- 1 C. baking powder
- 1 C. baking soda
- 1 cup nut butter, legumes, peanuts…
- 1 cup sweetener
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups fruit puree or yogurt
- 1½ cups of dried fruit
Préparation
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, flakes, seeds, baking powder and baking soda. To book.
- In another bowl, combine all the other ingredients.
- Feel free to mix by hand if it's too difficult with a spoon.
- Press mixture into two square pans lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the mixture is golden brown.
- Leave to cool, unmold and cut into bars.
