Nachos cream cheese board

Si vous souhaitez faire changement des traditionnels nachos, essayez cette planche combinant fromage à la crème, salsa, haricots noirs, poivron rouge, oignons verts et fromage râpé tex-mex. À servir avec des croustilles de maïs pour une collation ou une entrée gourmande parfaite!

  • 340g cream cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup rinsed and drained black beans
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup grated Tex-Mex style cheese
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 large bag of corn chips (about 10 chips per person)


  1. Spread the cream cheese on a serving board, about 2 cm thick.
  2. Add salsa, beans, chopped red pepper and grated cheese. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  3. Each guest helps himself to the cream cheese board with corn chips.
  4. Note: if you do not want to consume the cream cheese board immediately, wrap the board in plastic wrap and place in the fridge to enjoy the next day.
