

Small naan bread pizzas

Ingrédients
- 8 naan buns (individual portion)
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup rinsed and drained black beans
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 2 chopped green onions
- 2 cups grated cheese
Préparation
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Place the naan breads on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet.
- Spread 1 to 2 tbsp. tomato sauce on each bun.
- Place the black beans on a plate and coarsely mash them with a fork. Spread over pizzas.
- Add the bell pepper and grated cheese.
- Top with green onions and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
