
Taco bowls
Make a delicious bowl of couscous in no time, perfect for a quick and tasty meal! This recipe combines cooked couscous with fresh vegetables, sweet corn kernels, chunks of meat, grated cheese and a touch of fresh cilantro. Add lime juice, salt and pepper to finish, and enjoy this balanced and delicious dish in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked couscous
- 4 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup leftover cooked meat (chicken, pork, beef, etc.)
- ½ cup corn kernels
- ½ cup cucumber, finely diced
- ½ cup Tex-Mex cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- ½ cup finely diced Italian tomatoes
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation
- In two 500 ml bowls, place the cooked couscous, ½ cup in the center of each bowl.
- All around the couscous, successively add the meat, corn, cucumber, grated cheese and avocados (or diced tomatoes). Sprinkle with lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
