    • Ingredients

      • 1 cauliflower
      • 1 onion
      • 2 cloves of garlic
      • 2 tbsp butter
      • 4 cups chicken broth
      • 1 cup 15% cream
      • 4 mini naan breads
      • 200g cretons
      • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
      • Cherry tomatoes
      • Salt, pepper
    • Preparation

      -Melt the butter, brown the onion and garlic until tender.

      -Add the cauliflower and broth, simmer for 20 minutes

      -Mash, add the cream

      -Spread the mozzarella in circles on a baking sheet and bake until golden for the tuiles

      -Pour the soup into the thermoses, divide the accompaniments into the containers
