Cream of Cauliflower Soup and Sides for Lunch Box
A velvety soup with crispy, tasty toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup 15% cream
- 4 mini naan breads
- 200g cretons
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt, pepper

Preparation
-Melt the butter, brown the onion and garlic until tender.
-Add the cauliflower and broth, simmer for 20 minutes
-Mash, add the cream
-Spread the mozzarella in circles on a baking sheet and bake until golden for the tuiles
-Pour the soup into the thermoses, divide the accompaniments into the containers

Notes and tips
-The soup must be very hot before being poured into the thermos.
-The cheese tiles must cool completely to remain crispy.
-The cretons can be served at room temperature.
-Naans can be reheated quickly in the microwave.
