Prepared in just a few minutes, this ice cream made simply with cream, an egg white, a small amount of sugar and frozen berries is a healthy alternative to traditional ice cream, without compromising on taste!

Freeze for three months.

  • Ingredients

    • 2 cups (500 ml) 15% cream
    • 1 egg white
    • 3 cups (750 ml) frozen berries
    • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
  • Preparation

    1. Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
    2. Store the mixture in the freezer in a large bowl with a lid or in individual portions.

Add 1 tbsp (15 ml) of grated fresh ginger before blending in the food processor.
