
Crispy croissants
Use up your leftover cooked meat and favorite vegetables in this recipe for a delicious toasted croissant topped with chive cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 6 fresh croissants
- ½ cup chive cream cheese
- 1 cup coarsely chopped leftover cooked meat or deli meat
- 1 cup of your favorite chopped vegetables (cooked or raw)

Preparation
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crush the croissants so that they are as thin as possible and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until the croissants are crisp.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Spread with cream cheese, then add meat and your favorite vegetables.
