1 cup coarsely chopped leftover cooked meat or deli meat
1 cup of your favorite chopped vegetables (cooked or raw)
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crush the croissants so that they are as thin as possible and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until the croissants are crisp.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Spread with cream cheese, then add meat and your favorite vegetables.
