Use up your leftover cooked meat and favorite vegetables in this recipe for a delicious toasted croissant topped with chive cream cheese.

  • Ingredients

    • 6 fresh croissants
    • ½ cup chive cream cheese
    • 1 cup coarsely chopped leftover cooked meat or deli meat
    • 1 cup of your favorite chopped vegetables (cooked or raw)
  • Preparation

    1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crush the croissants so that they are as thin as possible and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until the croissants are crisp.
    2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
    3. Spread with cream cheese, then add meat and your favorite vegetables.
