Touski rolls
Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
- 2 cups (500 ml) leftover cooked meat or coarsely chopped cold cuts
- 1 stalk of celery chopped
- 6 small sweet pickles, chopped
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 3 green onions chopped
- 60 ml (¼ cup mayonnaise)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 8 hot dog buns
Path to follow
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the breads.
- Fill the buns with this mixture.
For adventurers
Garnish with 60 ml (¼ cup) pickled hot peppers.
