
Mini pizzas on naan bread for the lunch box
A comforting and colorful snack, perfect for lunch boxes! These mini pizzas are topped with black olives, sausage and crunchy red peppers for a balanced and tasty meal.

Ingredients
- 4 naan breads
- 1 cup tomato pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup thinly sliced sausage
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce on each naan bread.
- Spread the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the slices of sausage.
- Add the sliced black olives.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Allow the pizzas to cool completely.
- Cut them in half.
- Arrange in compartmented containers, adding fresh red pepper strips to the side as shown in the image.
