Comforting mug cake
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1 C. canola oil
- 1 C. tablespoon milk chocolate chips
Preparation
- In a 325 ml (1¼ cup) coffee cup, combine the flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Stir in milk and oil. Mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
- Cook in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds depending on the power of the appliance.
- Let cool for 2 minutes and enjoy.
For adventurers:
Replace milk chocolate chips with mini Reese.
