Strawberry parfait
Ingredients
- 1 container of 650g strawberry Greek yogurt (or Mediterranean coffee yogurt for adventurers)
- 250 ml (1 cup) graham crumbs
- 250 ml (1 cup) coarsely chopped strawberries
- 2 sachets of gelatin of 7g each
Path to follow
- In a large bowl, pour 125 ml (½ cup) of hot water and add the 2 packets of gelatin.
- Stir until completely dissolved. Add the yogurt and mix well.
- Divide the breadcrumbs into 10 125 ml (½ cup) containers with lids. Add the yogurt mixture to each jar and finish with the chopped strawberries. Place in the refrigerator and let set before serving. Place in the freezer for a frozen parfait.
For adventurers
Replace the strawberry yogurt with a Mediterranean coffee yogurt.
