Apple pizza

Here's an original way to use the apples picked by the family: a pizza dough covered with butter, brown sugar, a few apples, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. The perfect combination for a successful dessert!

  • Ingredients

    • 1 medium pre-cooked pizza dough
    • 3 tbsp (45 ml) butter, at room temperature
    • ¼ cup (60 ml) brown sugar
    • 2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
    • 1 pinch of nutmeg
    • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Spread the butter on the dough.
    3. Add the brown sugar and apple slices.
    4. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon to taste.
    5. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and apples are slightly softened.

Sprinkle the pizza with ½ cup (125 ml) of crumbled goat cheese before placing the pizza in the oven.
