Freeze for three months

  • Ingredients

    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
    • ¾ lb (300g) ground beef
    • 1 liter (4 cups) cauliflower, cut into small florets
    • 1 liter (4 cups) beef broth
    • 750 ml (3 cups) cooked macaroni
    • 500 ml (2 cups) grated Tex-Mex cheese
    • 125 ml (½ cup) cream
    • 15 ml (1 tbsp) smoked paprika
    • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Preparation

    1. In a deep skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat and cook the beef for 5 minutes, taking care to crumble it well.
    2. Add broth and cauliflower and simmer over medium heat, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until cauliflower is al dente and broth has reduced slightly.
    3. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
