  • Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp olive or sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • Pepper from the mill
    • 1 cup cooked macaroni
    • ½ cup sugar snap peas, coarsely chopped
    • ½ cup pork tenderloin, cooked and diced
    • ½ cup red pepper, chopped
  • Preparation

    1. Pour olive oil, soy sauce and garlic in equal parts into the bottom of the bowls. Pepper to taste.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients one after the other.
    3. Mix the salad well before eating.
