Greek pasta salad

Vary the flavors of your traditional pasta salad with this recipe combining macaroni, cherry tomatoes, spinach, bocconcini and walnuts, all drizzled with a tasty Greek vinaigrette. A perfect dish for the lunch box or for a picnic in the sun!

  • Ingredients

    • 2 cups macaroni
    • ¼ cup Greek dressing (or more to taste)
    • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
    • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
    • 1 cup of bocconcini pearls
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts
    • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation

    1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to manufacturer's instructions. Drain and place in a large bowl.
    2. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
