Asian Dumpling Soup for Lunch Box
A light soup with dumplings and crunchy vegetables, perfect for a balanced and comforting lunch.

Ingredients
- 16 pork or chicken dumplings
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 2 pak choi leaves
- 2 carrots
- Green onion
- Sesame seeds

Preparation
-Bring the broth to a boil with ginger and soy sauce
-Add the dumplings, cook for 5-7 minutes
-Add julienned carrots and pak choi
-Distribute the dumplings, crunchy vegetables, green onion and sesame seeds in the compartmentalized containers.
-Pour the hot broth into a thermos

-Store crunchy vegetables separately
- Do not overcook the dumplings to prevent them from falling apart.
