Deconstructed Beef Lunchbox Tacos
A practical lunch version of the traditional taco, where each ingredient retains its freshness.

Ingredients
- 500g cooked Tex-Mex ground beef
- 8 crispy tacos
- 2 peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 200g grated Tex-Mex cheese
- Commercial salsa
- Salt, pepper

Preparation
-Reheat the seasoned beef
-Cut peppers and tomatoes into cubes
-Grate the cheese
-Distribute beef, vegetables and cheese in the containers
-Add salsa to small containers and tacos separately

Notes and tips
-Tacos should be stored in an airtight bag to stay crispy.
-Vegetables can be cut larger to keep their crunch.
-Cheese can be added at the last moment.
-The salsa should be kept separate to prevent the vegetables from getting soggy.
