Fish tacos

A simple and effective version of the tacos so loved by children, with a combination of white fish, carrots, lettuce and salsa, for a quick dinner that will please all members of the family!

  • Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 450g of white fish (sole, haddock, cod, etc.)
    • 12 hard or soft taco shells
    • 1 cup grated carrots
    • 1 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce
    • ¼ cup chopped green onions
    • 1 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese
    • 1 cup salsa
  • Preparation

    1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil and cook the fish for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
    2. Top taco shells with fish, shredded carrots, chopped lettuce, green onions and shredded cheese.
    3. Drizzle with a generous portion of salsa.

Replace white fish with salmon or Nordic shrimp.
