
Fish tacos
A simple and effective version of the tacos so loved by children, with a combination of white fish, carrots, lettuce and salsa, for a quick dinner that will please all members of the family!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 450g of white fish (sole, haddock, cod, etc.)
- 12 hard or soft taco shells
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup shredded Tex-Mex cheese
- 1 cup salsa

Preparation
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil and cook the fish for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top taco shells with fish, shredded carrots, chopped lettuce, green onions and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle with a generous portion of salsa.

Replace white fish with salmon or Nordic shrimp.
