Cool down with our delicious blend of plain Greek yogurt, milk, frozen berries, maple syrup, ripe banana and chia seeds. Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour into popsicle molds.     • Ingredients

      • 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
      • 500 ml (2 cups) milk
      • 500 ml (2 cups) frozen berries
      • 30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
      • 1 large ripe banana
      • 30 ml (2 tbsp) ground chia seeds
    • Preparation

      1. Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
      2. Pour into popsicle molds or ice cube trays.
      3. Enjoy frozen in a popsicle or melted into drinkable yogurt.
