What does agility mean to you? Is it the opposite of rigidity, resistance or even fear? In fact, the culture of agility would rather be the opposite of the culture of control , which is, among other things, doing things in the way we believe to be the right one and that keeps us safe.
Indeed, when we act according to well-defined behaviors and ways of doing things , whether in our professional or personal life, we feel competent and in control of what surrounds us and happens to us . But what happens when a situation beyond our control or that deviates from what we had planned arises? Often, we panic; we lose our bearings and we feel less in control, which obviously destabilizes our daily lives.
So how can we further develop agility, this future skill that will allow us to adapt to the constantly changing world around us , giving us the ability to navigate through what we experience, while continuing to meet our needs and those of the people around us?
