Réaliser votre propre recette à l'aide de ce canevas en utilisant :

  • 1½ cups flour (your variety of choice)
  • 1 cup rolled oats or other flakes
  • 1 cup sweetener
  • 1 C. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup of yogurt (flavor of your choice)
  • ½ cup fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh, frozen or dried fruit
  • ½ cup chopped chocolate chips or walnuts

Préparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, sweetener, baking powder and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients, except the fruit and the nuggets/nuts. Pour over the flour mixture.
  • Using a wooden spoon, mix gently until smooth.
  • Add fruit and chips/nuts, then mix again.
  • Pour into non-stick muffin tins and place in the center of the oven.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • Note: do not hesitate to add a little liquid if the mixture is too dry or flour if the mixture is too wet.
